Electricity is a wonderful thing. I bought an electric weed eater and 160 feet of extension cord and went to town. I found this in the back yard! I knew that there were stones, but no idea the extent.
I completed a scarf on the rigid heddle. The yarn is commercial but I dyed it and would make it more contrasty if I could do it over, but there ya go. As always, click to embiggen if you care to.
I don't have a fringe twister, so I used my little paws instead. It's not too hard, or time consuming, especially after the weaving; it was an 8 row pattern and 6 of those rows used a pick up stick.
I will do this pattern again, but not right away.
Corky is the main reason that I need to vacuum constantly. That, and a dark blue carpet.

Hey sunshine; do you use a book for rigid heddle patterns, or do you wing them?
K - this pattern, Pinwheel, I found online at Ravelry by Jeen. I do have a book that I am learning from called The Weaver's Idea Book. Sunshine. That's sweet.
